Joyce has over 10 years hands on experience in Procurement and Supply chain Management. She has wide experience in procurement of goods, services and works using World Bank, Zambia Public Procurement Authority(ZPPA) and Global Fund guidelines and procedures.

She has worked in Government Ministry, Quasi Government Organizations and Donor Funded Projects.

She holds a Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, a Bachelor of science degree in Purchasing and Supply Management and Graduate Diploma in Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply (CIPS)
